What is our Diakonia Retreat Center?
Situated on 210 acres in Salem, South Carolina, the Diakonia Retreat Center is the ministry tool of our Metropolis to change lives.
The mission of our DRC is to offer our faithful the opportunity to share in worship, culture, education, and fellowship, all in the beauty of God's creation. The DRC is a place for spiritual refreshment, for communion with God and His creation, a place for community, and a sanctuary where our youth can learn about our shared identity and faith. Most importantly, the DRC is your place... come and see!
